1、如何办理入院？

▲ 住院病人一律凭医生开具的“住院登记卡”办理入院手续；

▲ In-patients go through the admission formalities by presenting the “Hospital Registration Card” issued by doctors.

▲ 按要求到华佗楼1-3楼门诊收费窗口“住院办理处”办理入院手续并交纳入院预付金；

▲ Pay the deposit at the Cashier of “Administration Office of Hospital Admission” on the 1st to 3rd floor of华佗楼 (HuaTuo Building).

▲ 参加社会医疗保险的须在办理前出示医疗卡及身份证；

▲Present the health insurance card and ID card before the procedure as for those who participated in social medical insurance.

▲办完各种手续后，按照入院的科室入住病房接受治疗。

▲ Finishing the whole procedure, receive the treatment in the ward of the registered department.

2、如何办理出院？

2. The discharge formalities

▲ 病人凭医生开具的出院证明办理出院手续；

▲ In-patients go through the discharge formalities by presenting the discharge certificate issued by doctors.

▲找出自存的预付金单据（即按金单据）往华佗楼一楼出入院办理处结帐；

▲ Check out at the Administration Office of Hospital Admission and Discharge on the 1st floor of华佗楼 (HuaTuo Building) by presenting the receipt of prepayment (a.k.a. the receipt of deposit).

▲清点好住院用品，并向科室提出治疗、护理工作意见及建议。

▲ Make an inventory of your belongings in the hospital. Any comments or suggestions regarding the treatment and nursing service are welcome.
